If you have questions, please contact the township treasurer, Jodi Anderson, at 608-857-3550. Leave a message if there is no answer.

Wisconsin Statutes require that all dogs over the age of 5 months be licensed. The licenses can be purchased
from the Treasurer when paying your taxes. Documentation of rabies vaccination is required for new dogs and
for license renewals if the previous vaccination expiration has passed. Renewals after April 1, 2017 must be
purchased at La Crosse County Clerk’s office. Licenses for new dogs still may be purchased from the Town of
Farmington treasurer. If you no longer have a dog, please tell me so records can be updated at the county
clerk’s office.
Dog license fees are the following:
Non-Spayed/Non Neutered dogs – $21.00
Spayed/Neutered dogs – $11.00
Multiple dogs – $80.00
Thank you!
Jodi Anderson
