Wisconsin Statutes require that all dogs over the age of 5 months be licensed.  The licenses can be purchased from the Treasurer when paying your taxes.  Documentation of rabies vaccination is required for new dogs and for license renewals if the previous vaccination expiration has passed.  Renewals after March 31, 2018 must be purchased at La Crosse County Clerk’s office.  Licenses for new dogs still may be purchased from the Town of Farmington treasurer.  If you no longer have a dog, please tell me so records can be updated at the county clerk’s office.

Dog license fees have increased for 2018.  Below are the prices:

Non-Spayed/Non Neutered dogs – $23.00
Spayed/Neutered dogs – $12.00
Multiple dogs – $80.00

Thank you!
